SERNbc Leadership Retreat

SERNbc staff and Board came together for our first leadership retreat to reflect on how far we've come as a grassroots society, name the values that guide our work, and align on how we'll lead together as we grow.
We left with clarity, shared commitment, and a plan to keep bringing partners together to restore ecosystems across Northern BC.
Thank you to Matthew Pyper of FUSE Consulting for guiding the work, and to the University of Northern British Columbia for a space where we could plan indoors and connect with the land outside.
